Join us for our annual 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training at MOTHER YOGA. Immerse yourself in rich Yogic Philosophy, play with advanced poses and how to teach them. All while having FUN ! Which is one of the most influential parts of actually learning and retaining knowledge. So many of the students who graduate from our training go on to teach at MOTHER. One of the benefits of our YTT is our incredibly strong and authentic community. Your teachers for this training are flying in from San Francisco, Portland and of course our local Seattle Fam too. In Yoga School YOU will learn how to teach and sequence FUN, playful and methodical classes ! As well as Advanced Yoga postures, Sanskrit, Chakras, Ayurveda, Meditation, Mantras , Bhakti Yoga and Yoga Philosophy. There is so much LOVE poured into this training because here at MOTHER we truly see the MAGIC ingredient has to be to LOVE what you do.
