If you’ve ever felt the draw to try out or master a handstand, join Shawna for this weekly handstand class to dive into drills, Ashtanga transitions, and receive hands-on support in working towards getting upside down, or advancing your current practice. Your handstand practice will be rounded out with Ashtanga-based flow and centering. All levels welcome, no prior experience necessary!
