Join Mother Yoga instructor Aileen McGraw for a special class on her birthday. "Join me for my birthday flow. There’s no way I’d rather spend it than by gathering community to show up for life-sustaining aid for our Palestinian siblings, and our collective liberation. This is yoga: sangha (spiritual community), aparigraha (non-hoarding), moksha (liberation). September 29, 2-3pm at @mother_yoga_seattle. This is a donation-based class, pay what you can. All proceeds benefit @dahnounmutualaid, a group of volunteer organizers mobilizing resources for life-sustaining aid in Gaza and Cairo. What to expect from this class: A 60-minute all-levels vinyasa yoga flow. Our bodies carry stories, and I treasure the opportunity to honor, unwind, strengthen, and nourish the stories we move through — even and especially when things feel unimaginably hard. I love creating inviting, curious, and strength-building flows with lots of variations to meet you where you’re at. Join, share, and help me enter my 32nd year in intentional, courageous, and caring community.
