Slow Flow classes consist of intention setting/opening meditation for the week ahead, breathwork, dynamic slow vinyasa flow, deep stretch and extended savasana. We will take our time in many of the poses to allow opportunities for sensory exploration or moments of static or moving meditation. Students will be given the opportunity to modify and deepen asanas (poses), as the structure of class is meant to be broken. All movement in class will be paired with a playlist that corresponds to the astrology of the week ahead.
