Strength- Based Vinyasa

Service Description

This class is a traditional Vinyasa style practice with an emphasis on focused exploration of each posture. We will build awareness and embodiment of the shapes in your physical container by slowing things down a bit, and paying attention to transitions, balance and where you reside within each shape and the spaces in between. While this class is open to all, we will focus on increasing strength and having a better understanding of the physical demands needed to hold postures for longer. It is recommended that you have a regular Vinyasa practice to fully appreciate this class.
