Service Description

Yin poses are passive, long-held floor poses that target the meridians by creating tension or compression across them. These poses release stagnant energy and stimulate the organs. Holding poses passively for minutes at a time, improves flexibility and lubricates joints. The quiet, meditative approach brings a change in our mental state as we sit with our thoughts and connect deeply with our breath. We use props to allow our bodies to be more passive and open to what the present moment has to offer. This workshop is available to everyone.
