COMMUNITY DRIVEN
At Mother Yoga, we believe in the power of community and in the simple idea that everyone deserves a place to care for themselves.
Located in the heart of Seattle’s Chinatown–International District, Mother Yoga was created to be a welcoming space where yoga could feel accessible, approachable, and meaningful to people from all walks of life.
For us, yoga is not about having more, buying more, or becoming something different. It is about coming back to yourself through movement, breath, reflection, community, and simply having a place to pause.
We know that not everyone has the same financial circumstances, and we never want cost to be the reason someone feels they cannot practice. Our sliding-scale pricing allows each person to contribute what they are able to, while helping us continue to keep the studio here for our community.
We are grateful for every person who walks through our doors, whether you have been practicing for years or are stepping onto a yoga mat for the very first time.
Mother Yoga is a small studio, and it has always been sustained by the care, participation, and generosity of the people who practice here.
We hope to continue creating a space where wellness feels less like a luxury and more like something that can simply be part of being human.
Because we believe everyone deserves access to practices that help them feel more connected, grounded, and well. That belief is at the heart of Mother Yoga.
