Service Description

Ha - Mind; Tha - body. Hatha is the practice of bringing the body and mind in balance. Is it a systematic practice starting with small movements(warm ups) synchronizing with breath and gradually building your practice towards a peak pose/asana of the day. The classes will be themed by introducing the right set of movement mechanisms to build both the strength and flexibility as you keep the strong connection with breathing. This class is suitable for all levels of students from beginners to advanced practitioners.
